As a Newborn Care Specialist, my main focus is to provide comprehensive and personalized care for both newborns and parents. From the moment their little one arrives, I’m there to lend a helping hand, offering guidance and reassurance. My services encompass everything from feeding support, diaper changing, and bathing to creating a nurturing and safe environment for the baby's growth and development.
My postpartum doula services extend beyond just baby care. I aim to ease the transition into parenthood by providing emotional support, encouragement, and practical assistance for new parents. Whether it's helping with household tasks, offering breastfeeding support, or simply being there to listen and share valuable insights,I am dedicated to helping my clients feel confident and at ease during the postpartum period.
As a Pediatric Sleep Consultant, I ensure little one gets the rest they need for optimal growth and development. I am very well-versed in various sleep training methods, and work closely with clients virtually 1:1 to create a personalized sleep plan that aligns with their family's needs and values. Through gentle and proven techniques, I help establish healthy sleep habits that promote better sleep for baby/ child and, in turn, for the entire family.
My ultimate goal is to empower parents with the knowledge and skills to care for their child while fostering a strong parent-child bond. I address not only the immediate needs of the baby but also emotional well-being as new parents.
