With 23 years experience in birth work and 19 years as a licensed massage therapist, educated and experienced with massage in the childbearing year, Lauren now serves the greater Orlando area with abdominal, reproductive wellness, newborn massage education, cesarean & top surgery scar tissue bodywork. Lastly, Lauren is Advanced Arvigo for pregnancy/Maya Abdominal trained.
Lauren is a FL student midwife, professional placenta encapsulator, full spectrum doula and childbirth educator.
