Hello! I’m an empirically trained, holistic Christian homebirth midwife and pediatric nurse with over 35 years of combined experience. My background includes both homebirth midwifery and a former career as a labor & delivery nurse. I offer comprehensive maternity care services, focusing on natural, physiologically undisturbed births, and I am passionate about supporting families through this sacred journey.
I am certified in CPR, NRP, Waterbirth, and AWHONN (Fetal Heart Auscultation), and I bring a wealth of knowledge from both the midwifery and nursing fields to provide well-rounded care for each of my clients.
I am also supported by my daughter, a seasoned birth assistant with her own certification in waterbirth, as well as current CPR and NRP credentials. Together, we’ve worked side by side for years in both clients' homes and one of Central Florida’s busiest birthing centers. In addition to being a highly skilled birth assistant, she is also an expert in placenta encapsulation, tinctures, and birth art.
I offer post-partum doula services to help ease the transition into new motherhood, ensuring that you have the support you need during those early days.
