Flow, strengthen, and restore in a pre & postnatal yoga class designed to support your changing body. Each session is personalized to meet you where you are—whether you’re pregnant or navigating postpartum recovery. You’ll learn breathwork, core and pelvic floor care, and gain practical ‘birthy knowledge’ from Doula Sarah.
After the 50-minute class, enjoy a cup of tea and connect with other expecting and new parents.
Pregnant students, please consult your doctor before joining class and share any concerns with the instructor. Postpartum parents are welcome (6–8 weeks after birth) to gently and mindfully rebuild strength in a supportive space.
